Roberto Schianchi obtained a Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano in 1986. He joined the Ferrari Technical department in 1988, reaching the position of Project Manager for Formula One Engines. In 1995 he moved to Tetra Pak, where he covered several managerial positions in Modena and in Sweden, ranging from advanced R&D to commercial product development. In 2004 Roberto Schianchi relocated to France to lead the business unit for Aseptic Products in Sidel, the industrial group within Tetra Laval focused on plastic, can and glass bottles packaging. He continued his career in Sidel, being promoted to Executive Vice President of Engineering and Packaging division in 2005, and subsequently to Executive Vice President of Market Operations in 2008. On the 2nd of November 2010 he took over as CEO of Zobele Group.

Stefano Deflorian graduated in Electronics at the Politecnico di Milano in 1990. He began his professional career in Italtel /AT&T where he covered different positions in Italy, Holland and the USA at the Bell Labs in HW design and system engineering. Deflorian moved to SIPAR as Systems Engineer & HW Design Manager in 1994. In 1999 he joined SEAC for a short period before moving to take on a new challenge as Project Manager in SASIB. Deflorian joined Zobele Group in 2001 as Project Manager before becoming Chief Technical Officer in 2005.

Graduated in Business Administration at the Università di Bocconi in 1991, Davide Gaspari started his career at London International Financial Future Exchange, working at the launch of Italian bond-based futures contracts. After covering different commercial positions in Germany and Italy for Italian chemical/textile multinational Bonazzi Group, Gaspari joined Zobele Group in 1996 as Export Manager to become Chief Sales Officer in 2002.

Clark obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters in Engineering Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He worked for seventeen years within the automotive supply industry. In the past ten years, Clark has worked primarily in the Medical Device industry, including six years with Danaher in the US and two of its operating companies in Germany. His last position at Danaher was as Vice President of Global Operations for Leica Biosystems, with seven manufacturing sites worldwide. Additionally, he served as COO for two start-up companies: Biocartis, a biotech diagnostics company in Belgium, and Lombard Medical, a medical device company in the UK. He has a deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and its applications across all business processes, learned directly from experts within Toyota. He joined ZOBELE GROUP in August 2015.

After obtaining a Degree in Business Administration in Barcelona, Joaquim Llorente acquired experience in the automotive sector at ALLIED SIGNAL & SOGEFI as Marketing Manager. He moved up in his professional career, joining the company BIC, in the B2B division as European Marketing Director. In 2001 Joaquim joined Zobele Group, where he initially covered the position of Business Development Director. He now directs the Research & Innovation department.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Emanuele Marchi graduated in Law at the Università di Bologna in 1988. His professional development began in Whirlpool where he covered several positions in the HR department, both in plants and at the European headquarters in Varese. He left his previous role as Industrial Relations Manager to join SEA-Aereoportimilano in 2001, where he was the HR Manager for the Malpensa Airport. Emanuele Marchi moved in 2002 to Goglio S.p.A., an Italian packaging company, to cover the position of HR Director. In 2005 he took on the full responsibility for the Human Resources department in Cobra Automotive Technologies S.p.A., just before the Company started the IPO process. He joined Zobele Group in 2008.

After high school, Valter Mattei began working in Zobele Group in 1988, where he started his long career in the company in the Italian Sales Planning and Analysis department. In 1991 he moved to Customer Service and in 1993 he took over at the ICT department being responsible, till the end of 1996, for Planning. From 1997 Valter Mattei has been fully dedicated to ICT and he heads all IT improvement and implementation, including SAP rollout.

Marco’s professional career began, after high school, as Accounting Supervisor for a retail chain before gaining valuable experience at Gunnebo Entrance Control from 1997 to 2001, where he held the positions of Accounting Manager and then Financial Controller & IT Manager. His career continued as Group Financial Manager of Rigotti Costruzioni S.p.A in 2001, before moving to China to join Zobele Group in 2004. He held various positions before rising to CFO and then General Manager of Zobele Instrument Shenzhen (CHINA) in 2006. Before returning to Italy in 2011 to become Strategic Sourcing Director of the Group, Marco was Financial Director for Asia. He is currently employed in the Group as Chief Procurement Officer.

After graduating in Materials Engineering at the Università di Trento in 2000, Andrea Tiso first worked in the academic world at the university as Polymers & Composites Laboratory Contract Researcher. He joined Zobele Group in 2001, initially as a Quality Systems professional, and then as Head of the Electrical Testing Laboratory. In 2005 he became Trento Plant Quality Manager. He has been in the current position since 2008.

After graduating in Economics and Economic History at the University of Birmingham in 1982, Chris joined Coopers & Lybrand, qualified as an ACA and worked for a number of key clients in the UK. In 1990 he moved to Schlumberger, the world’s largest oilfield service company, wherehe gained valuable and extensive professional experience covering various roles as Finance Manager and Controllerin the UK, France and Italy until 1999. Successively, Chris took on the role of Finance Director Switzerland and Italyfor the Minit Group, based in Lugano, before becoming CFO and EVP for ASI Robicon in 2000. From 2004, Chris worked as Group CFO and EVP for the Nuance Group, global leader in the travel retail industry. He joined ZOBELE GROUP in May 2012.
