Engineering

Zobele has a global strategy for production engineering, which is supported and deployed by each plant individually, ensuring a successful local implementation of production lines.

Process integration

In 2008 Zobele implemented its Lean Manufacturing Programme. This philosophy, together with the Kaizen teams, enables it to achieve outstanding performance throughout the process: tooling design & manufacturing, plastic injection, electronics assembly and more.

Product delivery

Choosing the right location for production from all of its available plants is key in the Zobele’s success. This decision is made by considering criteria such as the target market, the target landed cost, the investment level and the time to market.

Customer service

Every order is supported by our local customer service, allowing us to manage the communication between the plants and the customers. Orders are followed up on by our representatives who inform us regularly of the latest news and updates.
