From the concept design through to the manufacturing stage, products are designed and engineered with a special focus on safety, manufacturability, cost and product quality. Our design and development teams made up of more than 60 specialised engineers and designers, are based in Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, USA, Mexico, China and India.

Project management

With a special focus on meeting the customer target requirements monitoring the cost and timing, a dedicated team of project managers coordinates the activities of our multidisciplinary project teams assigned to the company new products development.

Product design

A specific focused design team is dedicated to realize the design of a product, responding proactively both to esthetical and functional customer requirements.
A product is designed to perform effectively and reliably, to be economically manufacturable, to be profitably salable, to suit the purposes and the attitudes of the consumer, and to be durable, safe, and economical to operate.

Product engineering

Our design and development teams  specialised in  electro-mechanical systems, electronics, material science, chemistry and packaging solutions, are able to ensure the correct development engineering of our products.
 

Testing & certification

Our laboratories are equipped with separate IEC-accredited areas for verifying CE electrical device compliance, as well as being UL Mark-recognised for certification under the UL Witness Test Data Program. These facilities allow us to ensure full compliance with local regulations in all countries.

Intellectual property management

Zobele continuously monitors the latest patent publications, predicting potential market trends and anticipating any potential conflicts. In addition, we guarantee clients’ IP protection by assessing and patenting each new technology and specific know-how/invention.
